据@中国网 报道，石家庄市裕华区市场监督管理局通过《查证函回复》透露，
张庭林瑞阳“TST庭秘密”品牌关联公司上海市达尔威贸易有限公司涉嫌传销被查。
查证函内提到：“因其利用金融机构转移或隐匿涉传销资金，该局已依法申请人民法院采取保全措施，目前案件在进一步调查中”。
据消息称，达尔威公司此次被财产保全冻结的资金高达6亿元。
对此，TST庭秘密29日凌晨在官方微博回应称：
达尔威成立于2020年，由张庭和林瑞阳夫妇创立。
夫妻二人这些年靠着TST从演员一举成为商界顶流。在商务中心有独栋大楼，两人还在黄浦江边购置了豪宅。
